Minobuzan Kuonji Temple is the headquarters of the Nichiren sect in Yamanashi Prefecture. In spring, about 3,000 cherry blossom trees bloom, forming a beautiful pink carpet. The combination of historic temples and beautiful cherry blossoms attracts many tourists.
