Matsue Castle is an important cultural property designated by the Japanese state. Matsue Castle Park is located next to it and is also one of the “100 Best Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan”. In the park, there are mainly 200 cherry trees including Somei Yoshino cherry, Yae cherry and weeping cherry. During the flowering period, lights are lit at night, so you can fully enjoy the night cherry blossom viewing.
