Tsuyama Castle (Tsuruyama Park)
The ruins of Tsuyama Castle are now Heshan Park, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.
Starting in 1604, it took 12 years to build Tsuyama Castle, also known as Heshan Castle. The ruins of the castle became what is now Heshan Park. From early to mid-April, about a thousand Somei Yoshino cherry trees bloom in the park.
